Quality Comes First in Every Project
Scenic Tool & Stamping utilizes a variety of equipment to ensure the quality of our products throughout the manufacturing process. We rely heavily on hand tools like calipers and micrometers for simple measurements, especially during tool builds. Highly accurate and easily mobile, these old-school tools are always being used. We utilize optical comparators as well as computer-aided Micro-Vu machines for the inspection of customer tooling, fixtures, and gages as well as for the inspection of stamped components. Several of these machines are capable of running custom inspection programs to speed up the quality verification process. We emphasize visual inspection in all areas of manufacturing, so Nikon microscopes with LED lighting are available throughout the facility.
